Our N1911 series Large size ReadiMask fits most average sized adults and features a repositionable silicone based hypoallergenic medical adhesive which has demonstrated to be effective for up to 10 times, depending on skin condition. This N1911L-10 ReadiMask has a 95%+ filtering efficiency and is identical in every way to our NIOSH Certified N901L-10 but we can not brand it as such because they were manufactured just before we received our Extension of Approval TC-84A-8133 for the reusable medical adhesive. However, samples from this manufacturing Lot #103432 are what was submitted to NIOSH and approved. Technically, however, we still can not brand them as N95 with our TC number even though they are identical to the Lot #103666 which were manufactured right after we received our extension of approval. The dimensions are 7 and 7/8 inches wide x 5 and 7/8 inches high.

GREAT Concept -- but adhesive fails easily

I love the idea behind these masks and found them quite comfortable. Unfortunately, I've found that if you sweat at all in the area where the adhesive touches the skin – even a minuscule amount on otherwise clean/non-lotioned skin – the adhesive will detach and leaks occur. It is pretty hot where I live, so it's nearly impossible to avoid the occasional tiny amount of face-sweating. It would be great to have a version with a stronger adhesive for such climates... I will probably save the remaining masks for wintertime and hope I can use them then.

Yes, perspiration is a known issue but there is an excellent solution for this: Using a Skin Prep wipe before applying the ReadiMask.

Skin Prep wipes are used in wound care to help protect a patient's skin from irritation due to multiple bandage changes. They look and are applied like an alcohol wipe, but they dry to a tacky surface, which helps to keep your Readimask firmly in place even while persiring. You only have to apply the skin prep wipe to areas of your face where the adhesive may tend to come loose due to perspiration. Based on feedback from other customers who live in hotter regions of the US, the Skin-Tac brand of skin prep wipes are excellent, We don’t sell them on our website and are not affiliated with in any way, but a quick google search will result in lots of hits where you can order them. We've recommended them to many customers and they all found that the skin prep wipes worked great.

I love the silicone seal. It protects well as I walked down the fab soft aisle and couldn’t smell a thing. I have to be gentle in my under eye area as I am older with thin skin. Good quality for money

Work great

I have used ReadiMask for occasions where I can't wear N95 masks with head straps. They are great for hair appointments, MRI, and even for getting a massage or other spa treatment. An excellent option for anyone looking for an alternative to head straps or ear loops.
